Placing an order is just a reservation — you will not be charged at checkout. I'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your details and send an invoice for a 60% deposit. Production begins upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining 40% is invoiced upon completion — before shipping or pickup. This process ensures your piece is made with full care and intention, and that you only pay the balance once it's ready.
