Welcome to Layla Fine Art. By browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General This website is operated by Layla Fine Art. All content, images, and artwork displayed on this site are the property of Layla Fine Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.

2. Orders & Payment All orders are processed personally. After expressing interest in a piece, you will be contacted with payment instructions and an invoice.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Zelle
  • Bank transfer (US and Israeli banks)
  • Bit

Payment must be received in full before an order is confirmed and processed. Please note that all payments are final — once payment has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled or reversed. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we encourage you to reach out to us before completing payment.

We reserve the right to update or expand our accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice, and additional options may become available in the future.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in ILS (Israeli New Shekel) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of your invoice are final for that transaction.

4. Our Products We strive to represent our artwork as accurately as possible online. That said, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device type, and display settings — this is especially true for fine art prints, where color nuance is an important part of the work.

While we take great care in photographing and presenting each piece, we cannot guarantee that the color, texture, or overall appearance of the physical print will be an exact match to what you see on your screen. The experience of holding an original fine art print in person is, by its nature, something a digital image cannot fully capture.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including but not limited to artwork, images, graphics, text, video, audio, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Layla Fine Art, its affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or transmit any content from this site without our prior written consent. No license or rights to any intellectual property of Layla Fine Art or any third party are granted by these Terms unless explicitly stated.

The Layla Fine Art name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Layla Fine Art and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. and are used solely to power the technical infrastructure of this store. All other names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Platform & Liability Disclosure Layla Fine Art is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through this store are made directly with Layla Fine Art. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Layla Fine Art, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Layla Fine Art.

7. Shipping We ship domestically within Israel. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
