Refund & Return Policy

At Layla Fine Art, every print is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. Because our artwork is produced in limited quantities and handled with great care, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artbylaylamunitz@gmail.com with:

• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging

We will review your case and, where applicable, offer a replacement print or store credit at our discretion.

Custom & Commission Orders All custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

Order Cancellations Since all orders are processed personally, cancellation requests must be made before the order is confirmed and payment is sent. Once payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled.
