Delivery Areas We currently ship within Israel only. International shipping is not available at this time. BeH it will be available soon!

Shipping Rates Shipping rates vary based on your location within Israel and will be confirmed at the time of your invoice. We offer set shipping rates for different regions across the country.

Local Pickup We're happy to offer a free local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. After placing your order, we will be in touch to coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.

Please note that all orders — including pickups — require a minimum of 7 business days to prepare, as each print is carefully produced and quality-checked before it is ready for collection.

Delivery Timeframe Please allow a minimum of 7 business days from the date payment is received for your order to be delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the size of the piece, and other logistical considerations. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Delivery Method We reserve the right to select the most appropriate delivery method for each order at our discretion, based on the size, nature, and destination of the piece.

Packaging Every print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take great care in preparing each order for transit.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.

Recipient Presence Required A recipient must be present at the delivery address to accept the order. Layla Fine Art is not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to no one being available at the time of delivery.

Proof of Delivery Upon receipt, customers will be required to confirm delivery by providing both a photo of the received package and a written confirmation (e.g., via WhatsApp or email). This serves as proof of successful delivery and is required to process any future claims regarding non-delivery.

Accurate Delivery Information It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. Layla Fine Art is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Delays Beyond Our Control We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.
